Then what is average velocity of the car?

Time taken by the car for its journey =  1 h 15 min =>  75 min

Distance travelled by the car or displacement of the car =  82 km

{Here distance and displacement is same}

Average velocity = displacement / time

        =>   82 / 75 km/min   or  328 / 18  m/s
