a car starts moving along a line, first with an acceleration a= 5 meter per second square starting from rest, then uniformly and finally decelerating at the same rate, comes to rest in the total time of 25 seconds, then the average velocity during the time is equal to v= 72 kmph. How long does the particle move uniformly?

abcachu2003: sorry it's a physics question

a=(v-u)/t
5=(72-u)/t
u=(72-5)/25
=2.68

sasikumar53: is my answer is right
abcachu2003: I guess the answer is a bit lengthy one
