Explanation :-

Given :

Time taken (t) => 20min

Distance travelled (s) => 15km

To Find :

Speed in km/hr and m/s = ?

Solution :

Speed in km/hr :-

We know,

\sf{}Speed=\dfrac{Distance\ travalled}{Time\ taken}

\sf{}\implies \dfrac{15km}{20min}

\sf{}\implies \dfrac{3km}{4min}

\sf{}\therefore 0.75km/hr

Therefore,speed in km/hr is equal to 0.75

Speed in m/s :-

20 min = 300 s        [1 min = 60 s]

15 km = 15000 m    [1 km = 1000 m]

We know,

\sf{}Speed=\dfrac{Distance\ travalled}{Time\ taken}

\sf{}\implies \dfrac{15000m}{300s}

\sf{}\implies \dfrac{150m}{3s}

\sf{}\therefore 50m/s

Therefore,speed in m/s is equal 50.
