firstly convert minutes to hours so 20/60   = 1/3 hrs

formula for speed = \frac{distance}{time}

distance = 15 km

time =  \frac{1}{3}

speed =15* \frac{3}{1}

= 45 km /hr

speed = 45 km/ he
