a car takes 4hr to cover a certain distance at the speed of 30km/hr .If the speed of the car is increase will it take more or less time to cover same distance?​

It will less time as if the speed increases the time needed decrease

Answer:

the distance covered by the car = speed x time

= 4 x 30 = 120 km

suppose his speed increases by x km/h

time taken = distance/ speed

= 120/30+x

since time is inversely proportional to the speed of an object for any value of x.

with increase in speed there is decrease in time and vice versa.

hence the car will take less time
