This is physics question.
diameter = 0.63 m
radius r =0.315m
velocity of car v = 19 m/s
The angular velocity = v^2/r
Hence the speed of tire edge would be 19^2/0.315 i.e 1146.031746031746 m/sec.
Ans: 1146.031746031746 m/sec

Given
- 63.0 cm in diameter
- speed of 19m/s
To find
- speed of a point at the top edge of the tire
Solution
we are provided with their diameter of the tire and the speed at which it is travelling and are asked to find the linear speed at a point on tyre.
the number of revolutions made by the tyre in 1 second,
f= 19/0.31
or, f = 60.3 (this is the frequency)
angular velocity of the tyre
W = 2πf
or, W = 2π × 60.3
or, W = 378.8rad/sec
linear velocity at the point of the tyre,
v = rW
or, v = 0.31× 378.8
or, v = 117.4m/s
