HEY MATE! HERE'S YOUR ANSWER.

→SPEED OF CAR DURING 1ST HOUR=60KMPH
→LET THE TIME BE 1 HOUR
→DISTANCE=SPEED / TIME
→DISTANCE=60KM

→SPEED OF CAR DURING 2ND →HOUR=30KMPH
→LET THE TIME BE 1 HOUR
→DISTANCE=SPEED/TIME
→DISTANCE=30KM

→TOTAL DISTANCE=60+30
=90KM
→TOTAL TIME=2HOURS
→AVERAGE SPEED=90/2
=45KMPH

average \:speed= \frac{v+u}{2}

average \:speed= \frac{60+30}{2}

av = 45km/h

on converting to m/s

45× \frac{5}{18}

av=12.5 m/s
