Answer:

630 kms

Step-by-step explanation:

A car travel at a uniform speed. At 2 p.M it is at a distance of 180 km and at 6 pm it is at 360 km. Using section formula find at what distance it will reach 12 midnight

So calculate time from 6 pm to 2 pm so 6 - 2= 4 hours

In 4 hours car travels 180 kms

So in one hour 180 /4 = 45 kms

It Will be 10 hours for 2 pm to 12pm

Using distance = rate x time

45 kms x 10 hrs = 450

Now 180 + 450 = 630 kms

So it will be 630 kms by midnight
