= 0.75 hour

Now,

Time taken = 0.75 hour

Speed = 64 miles per hour

Distance covered = ?

We know,

Speed = Distance covered/ time (i)

From (i),

Distance covered = Speed × time taken

Substituting the values , we get :-

Distance covered = 65 × 0.75

$= 65 \times \frac{75}{100}$

$= 13 \times \frac{75}{20}$

$= 13 \times \frac{15}{4}$

$= \frac{195}{4}$

$= 48.75miles$
