The a driver apply the brokes and the comes to rest with constant deceleration .The distance from the point where brakes are applied to the point where car comes to rest in 14 metre find the deceleration of car​

v^2 = u^2 +2as

here v= 0ms-1

u = 14ms-1

s=14m

here deceleration so a

then

2as = (0)^2 - (14)^2

2×a×14 = -14× 14

2a= -14

a=-7ms-2

-ve sing indicate speed is reducing
