u(initial velocity)= 108km/hr=30m/s
V(final velocity)= 36km/hr=10m/s
s(distance)= 200m

2as=v^2-u^2
2(a)200=900-100
2(a)=400
a=200m/s^2

a= v/t-u/t
200=30t-10t
200=20t
T=10s
