acceleration = rate of change of velocity..

= v2-v1/dt

=25-10/5

=15/5

=3m/sec^2

hope it helps u....

u=10m/s

v=25m/s

t=5 seconds

a=(v-u)/t

=(25m/s-10m/s)/5sec

=15m/s /5 sec

=3m/s^2
