A car travelling with a velocity of 36 km/hr accelerates for a distance of 100 m after which its velocity became 72 km/hr. Calculate its acceleration. (Calculate in your copy and write final result only here)

.........final speed of the car (v) = 72km/h

....... = 20m/s

distance (S) = 100m

let the acceleration of the car is (a)........

using the formula.....

......... = +2as

......(20)² = (10)²+2×a×100

...400 = 100+200a

...400100 = 200a

...300 = 200a

.....a = 300/200

.....a = 1.5m/s

hence,

...... the acceleration of the car is 1.5m/s...
