Final velocity = 0m/s

Time = 5 s

Acceleration = v - u / t

                      = 0 - 25 / 5

                      = -25 / 5

                     = -5 m/s 2

ii) distance travelled = s

s = ut + 1/2 at^2

s = (25 x 5) + 1/2 (-5 x 5 ^2)

s = 125 + 1/2 (-5 x 25)

s = 125 + (-125)/2

s = 125 - 62.5

s = 62.5 m
