NO. OF REVOLUTIONS = 450

DISTANCE= 0.99 km= 990 m

No. of Revolutions = Distance/Circumference of Wheel

=> 450 = 990m/2π * r

=> 450 = 990 ÷ [2 * 22/7 * r]

=>  r = 990 ÷450* 7÷[2*22]

=>r = 11 /5* 7/44

=>  r = 7/20  =0.35m ANS
