Let total distance be 'x'

Time taken to travel first 1/3 of distance=(x/3)÷10

=x/30

Time taken to travel 2nd 1/3 of distance=(x/3)÷20

. . . =x/60

Time taken to travel remaining km=(x/3)÷30=x/90

x/30+x/60+x/90=Total time

AVG speed=x÷(x/30+x/60+x/90)

x÷(x/20)=20 km/hr.
