Resultant distant vector D = E + S = 100 i - 50 j

Total time = 2 +1 = 3 hrs

Average (Resultant) velocity vector V = (100/3)i - (50/3) j

Magnitude of V =Sqrt ( 100^2+50^2) /3 = 37.26 Km /hr

Resultant direction , Angle = arctan ( -50/100) = -26.56 degrees.
