how much time is it required to cover 40 km
= (40× 5/2) /120
= 100/ 120
= 5/6 hours it takes to cover the 40km distance

anantthakur: 5/2*60=150 min.now 120 km is covered in 150 minutes. 1km can be travelled in 150/120 . hence 40 km can be covered in 150/120*40= 50 minutes.
