honeysharma9871: The terms should be converted into M.K.S units, as it is considered as the S.I. unit.

Converting 100km/h into m/s:

100km/h=27.8m/s (estimated)

1hour=3600 seconds

All the conversions are in M.K.S units

Calculation:

d=s*t

=27.8*3600

=100080.0 m (estimated)

This answer is only valid if the car is travelling uniformily.

Speed = Distance travelled / Time taken.

Speed of car = 120/2.5 = 48kmph.

Speed of truck = 192 / 3.5 = 54.85 kmph

Ratio = 120/2.5 : 192 /3.5

= 120/192 * 3.5/2.5

= 5/8 * 35/25

= 5/8 * 7/5

= 7/8

= 7 : 8 .

Thanks for the awesome question :D !
