Here is your answer....
S1=40km/hr.
D1=30km.
Hence,time T1= D/T
=30/40hr..

Total distance =D1+D2=30+30=60
Total time =T1+T2=30/40+30/20 =9/4hr
Hence, Average speed=total distance/total time
60*9/4 =60*4/9
=26.67m/hr.
