we know that,
v=d/t
v=60/1.5=40km/hr
now,
d=100km
so,
v=d/t
t=d/v
t=100/40=2.5hr
t=2hr 30min

as speed is same so it is direct variation
so x/y = constant
and 1 hour 30 Mins means 3/2
so solution- 60/3/2=100/?
90*y = 60*100 y= 60*100/3/2
40/1=100/ y
40*y= 100*1 ( cross multiply )
y = 2/1/2
it is a mixed fraction
and / denotes upon
hope it helps u !
