Answer:

See in down to get your answer

Step-by-step explanation:

CAR:-

Distance=80km

Time=2hours

Speed=

 \frac{d}{t}

Then speed=

 \frac{80}{2}

so speed of the car=40 km/h

TRAIN:-

Distance=180km

Time=3 hours

Speed=

 \frac{d}{t}

So speed is =

 \frac{180}{3}

so speed of the train is 60 km/h

Ratio of the speed of the vehicles is

 \frac{speed \: of \:  car}{speed \: of \: train}

Therefore

 \frac{40}{60}

so your answer is

 \frac{2}{3}

after division of this two

So,

From your option (a) is the correct

i.e. 2:3
