use formula of total distance travel / total time taken
so distance travel 50km /h and time taken?
speed = 40km/h
so, here 50/40 = 5/4

speed = 40km/h
so, here 50/40 = 5/4

Hey!
@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
Let be distance x at 50 km/hr
Now as x ÷ 50
Same x at 40 km/hr
So x ÷ 40
Total distance = 2x km
Total time :-
= x ÷ 50 + x ÷ 40
Average speed = Total distance ÷ Total time taken
= (x ÷ 50 + x ÷ 40) / 2x
= 2 × 50 × 40 ÷ 50 + 40
= 44.4 km/hr
