Option 1 is correct

Its average speed is 50km/hr.

Since the car have applied brakes somewhere or must have taken the turn or might have speeded up due to which its acceleration changes due to which its insantaneous velocity changes.

But the average velocity is given by total distance by total time.

So according to the formula average velocity is 50km/hr.
