distance covered in first 20 sec is 54 × 5/18 × 20 = 300 m

distance covered in next 30 sec is 36 × 5/18 × 30 = 300 m

distance covered in next 10 sec is 18 × 5/18 × 10 = 50 m

average speed = total distance/total time = 650/60 = 10.84 m/s
