According to details provided above , we can see that:

speed of car = 15 m/s

since the speed of bike is in km/h ,so we will convert the speed of car into kilometre per hour also.

I.e.

15×1000 km / 3600 (since 1 hr = 3600 secs)

=4.16 km/h

now we can compare the speed of the two vehicles bcoz they have been converted into same unit .

i.e. speed of car < speed of bike
