You can use formula 2v1v2 / v1 + v2

= 2 × 80 × 60 / 80 + 60

= 2 × 4800/ 140
= 480 / 7
68.57 km/hr

Hope it helps!

S1= 80km/hr,D1=300km
T1=D1/S1
T1=300/80
T1=15/4h or225min
S2=60km/h,D2=300
T2=D2/S2
T2=300/60
T2=5h
Total Time=T1+T2
Total time=15/4h+5h
Time=35/4 or8.75h
Total Distance=D1+D2
Distance=300+300
Distance=600
Average speed= total distance/total time
Average speed=600/8.75
Average speed=68.57km/h

lathahemaraja: is it correct
