Time taken for 450 km at a speed of 90 kmph

= 450/90 = 5 h

Tike taken for 750 km at a speed of 50 kmph

= 750/50 = 15 h

Total distance = 450 + 750 = 1200 km

total time = 5 + 15 = 20 h

so, average speed = total distance/total time

= 1200/20 = 60 kmph
