formula ; distance = speed * time

case1 : Distance = 450 km ; speed = 90 kmph

time = distance/speed

t = 450/90

= 5 h

case2 : distance = 750 km ; speed = 50 kmph

time = 750/50

= 15 h

total distance = 450+750 = 1200 kmph

total time = 5+15 = 20 h

so average speed of total journey = total distance / total time

average speed = 1200/20 = 60 kmph
