let l be the distance between a and b
time taken by the car to travel from a to b with 20kmph =t1=l/20
time taken by the car to travel from b to a with 40kmph is t2=l/40
<>average speed =total distance /total time
<>average speed =2l/l(1/20+1/40)
→2(40)/3
→80/3kmph
