a car travels from city A to B covering first 150 km in 2 hrs30 min and next 180km in 3 hrs 30min ,calculate the average velocity during the entire journey?

here we have to find average speed

average speed = total distance travelled/total time taken

so total distance travelled = 150+180=320

total time taken = 2+3+1 (30+30= 1 hr)

so average speed = 320/6 = 53.3 km/hr
