A TO B ,SPEED = 30 KM /HR
B TO A ,SPEED = 50 KM /HR
DISTANCE =?
SPEED = DISTANCE /TIME THEN
DISTANCE = SPEED × TIME (TIME GOES TO L.H.S AND GETS CONVERTED TO MULTIPLICATION).
Time is constant 1 hr then
Total distance = Distance travelled from A to B + Distance travelled from B to A .
=( 30 + 50 )Km
=80 Km
