A car travels from stop A to stop B with a speed of 30 km per hour and then returns back to A with a speed of 50 km per hour find the distance travelled by the car.​

Answer:

Hello mate,

1st case.   Given that from A to B the car is travelled with a speed of 30km/hr

⇒speed=distance/time

 30=x/t.......[x=distance & t=time]

∴x=30t

 2nd case.   From B to A with a speed of 50km/hr

⇒50=x/t

∴x=50t

Total distance covered =50t+30tkm

or we can multiply either of the 2 distances above obtained by two because the car has travelled along the same path.
