(I) Displacement = 0

As the initial.and the final position of the car is the same

We know that displacement is the shortest distance covered between its initial and final position

(2) Let the distance covered by the car be x

As the car returns back to its initial position

total distance covered = 2x

(3) Avg speed = total distance/ time taken

total distance=2 x

total time = t1 + t2

t = d/v

t1 = x/ 30 t2 = x/50

total time = x/30+x/50= 8x/150

Avg speed

= 2 x / x( 8/150)

=2×150/8

=150/4

=37.5 m/s
