$t_{1} = 10 min$

$t_{2} = 10 min$

$s_{1} = 1(10) =10 km$

$s_{2} = 1.3(10) = 13 km$

total distance  = $s_{1}+ s_{2}$

total distance = 10 + 13 = 23 km
