As we know;

Mass=2000 kg
Velocity= 6 m/s

So the change in momentum=MV
=2000.6 =12000 kgm/s

sarika38: mass x velocity
sarika38: 2000 x 6= 12000

Hey there !

Thanks for the question !

Solution :

Formula to be used : Change in Momentum = Mass * Change in Velocity

Given Information : Mass = 2000 kg, Change in Velocity = 6 m/s

=> Change in Momentum = 2000 * 6 = 12000 Kg . m/s

Therefore the change in momentum is 12000 Kg.m/s

Hope my answer helped !
