Now we need to find the power,

As we know the power is = work done/time = force x displacement/ time

Now displacement/ time = velocity

Therefore Power = force x  velocity

Now as the car is in the slope the therefore it has two components of force : mg ad mgsinθ

Therefore, Power = mgsinθ x v

                             = 1000 x 10 x 2/25 x 18 x 1000/3600

                            = 4000 Watt or 4 KW
