a car weighing 3*10^3kg is moving on the road. Its speed is measured with an accuracy of 0.0011m sec-1 and its position is measured with an accuracy of 16. Is the heisenberg's uncertainity principle is valid in this car

Heinsenberg's Uncertainty principle states that momentum and position of an object can't be measured at the same.
So According to your question, We can see accuracy in position of car but very less accuracy in speed so Here the principle is valid.
