a car weighs 1600kg and moves with a velocity of 30m/s and retards uniformly and comes to rest in 20 sec
calculate
1) initial momentum
2)final momentum
3) rate of change of momentum
4) acceleration of force applied
5) magnitude of force applied
please answer fast very urgent.......

m=1600kg
v=30m/s
t=20 s

1). &. 2). & 3)-->>momentum&---}>P=MV
=1600×30
=48000.
4)--->a=v/t =30/20=1.5
5)---->f=ma=1600×1.5=2400

bhavyachandrak: but the answer of initial momentum that is coming is 4200m/s
bhavyachandrak: final momentum 0
bhavyachandrak: and for acceleration what did you take the final and initial velocity
ajayreddy7474pbt5ya: kk...yes,, p=mv --->p=1600×0=0
ajayreddy7474pbt5ya: u=30,v=0,t=20
