Hi friend,
Initial kinetic energy= 100 J
Final kinetic energy= 200 J
(Note:- work done= kinetic energy).
Change in kinetic energy= Final kinetic energy- initial kinetic energy
Change in k.e= 200-100
Change in k.e = 100J. Kinetic energy = 100+ 100 Kinetic energy= 200J.
Hope this helped you a little!!!!

Now
Kinetic energy 2- kinetic energy 2 = work done
K1 is 100
So
K2-100=200
K2=300
So Change in kinetic is 300 joule
Kinetic energy 2- kinetic energy 2 = work done
K1 is 100
So
K2-100=200
K2=300
So Change in kinetic is 300 joule
