the horizontal component of falling rain is 40km/hr

now convert km/hr into m/s

40*5/18=11.11m/s

vertical component of falling the rain is 20 m/s

Q=tan^-1(horizontal/vertical)

Q=tan^-1(11.11/20)

juhithakkar: but answer is tan theta 5/9
