number of queen cards in 52 cards=4
neither King nor queen = 52-8=44

no. of queens and kings= 2*4= 8

therefore, no. of possible outcomes= 52

no. of favourable  outcomes= 52-8= 44

Probability=44/52=11/13

therefore the probability is 11/13
