P(E)= no of favourable outcomes
--------------------------------------
no of possible outcomes
in deck of 52 cards there are,
• 13 black and 13 red cards
• there are 12 face cards
• in these face cards there are 4 kings, 4 queens, 4 ace and 4 jack .
so,
1) the ace of spade ♠ = 1 / 52
2) the queen = 4/52 = 2/26 =1/13
3) face card = 12/52 = 6/ 26= 3/ 13
4) a red card = 13/ 52
