HEYA!!!!
Given,
Total outcomes = 52
Let " E " be the event to get a king or Jack
P ( E ) = Favourable outcomes / total outcomes
= 8/ 52 = 2/13
ii) let E be the event to get not a ace
P ( E ) = 1 - p ( E )
= 1 - 1/13
= 13-1 / 13
P ( E) = 12 / 13
iii) let E be the event to get not a ace or king
P ( E ) = 1 - 2/ 13
= 11/13
