Total number of cards = 52

Find the number of red or queen cards:

Total number of red cards = 26

Total number of Queen card that is not red = 2

Total number of red or queen card = 26 + 2 = 28

Find the total number of cards that are not red or queen:

Total number of cards = 52 - 28 = 24

Find the probability that the card is neither red nor queen:

P(Neither red nor queen) = 24/52 = 6/13

Answer: 6/13
