Total number of cards = 52

The given question asks us the probability of not getting a red card. Eliminating all the red cards, the remaining cards we have are 52 - 26 = 26

In the above calculation, two queens were already taken out. We have 2 more queens remaining. Subtracting our 2 more queens (black queens), we have, 26-2 = 24

Number of favorable outcomes = 24

Probability of getting neither a red card, nor a queen = 24/52

= 6/13
