total outcomes = 100

no. of possible outcomes = 10(1,4,9,16,25,36,49,64,81,100)

so, probability = 10/100 => 1/10

no of perfect squares. from 1 to 100 = 10 (1,4,9,16,25,36,49,64,81,100)

therefore probability of getting a perfect square is =10/100

Answer is 1/10
