Answer:

(a) 6/ 52

(b) 4/ 52

(c) 52 - 13 = 39

Step-by-step explanation:

(a) There are 26 black cards in a set of them. 13 of spades and 13 of clubs/ clovers/ cloves. there are 3 face cards for each shape, so if 3 face cards of spades + 3 face cards of clubs = 6 cards.

(b) there are four shapes - diamond, heart, spade and club/ clove.

each shape has 13 cards.

every shape has 1 ace, so the answer is 4.

c)  there are 13 diamond cards, and total cards in a  set is 52.

so, 52 - 13 = 39. the answer is 39.
