Provided a standard poker deck of 52 cards (4 faces; values 2 through 10 and Jack, Queen, King, Ace) the probability of getting red is 0.5 since 2 of the 4 faces are red. The probability for getting a king is 1/13 since there are 13 different card values. We can add the two probabilities together since we asked for any of the two events, which gives 15/26 or about 0.577. Both probabilities include both red kings, so we subtract once accordingly: 15/26 - 2/52 = 14/26 = 7/13 which is about 0.538 or 53.8%.

Hope this helped.
