Required Solution:

A deck of cards contains 52 cards which include 13 cards each of Club , diamond , heart  and spade.

The 13 cards includes:

• A (Ace)

• 2

• 3

• 4

• 5

• 6

• 7

• 8

• 9

• J ( Jack)

• Q ( Queen)

• K ( King)

As the quantity of each card is 4 (no matters what's the symbol of card), Jack and Queen will also be 4.

So the possible outcomes will be 4+4=8

Total outcomes=52

\large{\underline{\boxed{\sf{Probability\: of\:Jack\:or\: Queen=\dfrac{Possible\: outcomes}{Total \: outcomes}}}}\bigstar

\sf{Probability\: of\:Jack\:or\: Queen=\dfrac{8}{52}}

\sf{Probability\: of\:Jack\:or\: Queen=\dfrac{\not8}{\not{52}}}

\sf{Probability\: of\:Jack\:or\: Queen=\dfrac{2}{13}}

So the required probability is 2:13.
